SPM divulga balanço de 2009 do Ligue 180
A Central de Atendimento à Mulher - Ligue 180, da Secretaria Especial de Políticas para as Mulheres (SPM), registrou 401.729 atendimentos, de janeiro a dezembro de 2009 - um aumento de 49% em relação ao ano de 2008 (269.977). Parte significativa desse total deve-se à busca por informações sobre a Lei Maria da Penha, que registrou, 171.714 atendimentos, contra 117.546, em 2008, crescimento correspondente a 47%.
Dos 40.857 relatos de violência, a maioria dos agressores são os próprios companheiros. Do total desses relatos, 22.001 foram de violência física; 13.547 de violência psicológica; 3.595 de violência moral; 817 de violência patrimonial; 576 de violência sexual; 120 de cárcere privado; 34 de tráfico de mulheres; 8 de negligência; e 154 outros. Na maioria das denúncias/relatos de violência registrados no Ligue 180, as usuárias do serviço declaram sofrer agressões diariamente (70%).
De acordo com a ouvidora da SPM, Ana Paula Gonçalves, a veiculação em rede nacional da campanha institucional 'Uma vida sem violência é um direito de todas as mulheres', lançada em novembro passado para divulgar o Ligue 180, é um dos responsáveis pelo aumento na demanda, junto a maior divulgação da Lei Maria da Penha.
Melhorias tecnológicas e capacitação dos atendentes também são apontadas como motivos para o acréscimo nos atendimentos da Central. No ano passado, ao completar quatro anos de funcionamento, o Ligue 180 teve sua estrutura de atendimento ampliada, passando de 20 para 50 pontos de atendimento. A Central também passou a funcionar por meio da tecnologia VOIP - Transferência Direta de Chamadas -, que permite sistematizar automaticamente os dados das chamadas recebidas (data, local de origem, hora e duração da chamada).
Chamada Ativa - Foi implementado, ainda, o sistema de "chamada ativa", para a geração de chamadas a partir da Central, viabilizando o acompanhamento das denúncias junto aos órgãos a que estas foram encaminhadas, bem como o monitoramento da Rede Especializada de Atenção à Mulher Vítima de Violência (DEAMs, Centros de Referência, Casas Abrigo, Juizados Especializados, Defensorias da Mulher). Para tanto, a Central contará com 60 canais para geração de chamadas.
Criada em 2005 pela SPM e parceiros, a Central de Atendimento à Mulher - Ligue 180 é um serviço de utilidade pública que presta informações e orientações sobre onde às mulheres podem recorrer caso sofram algum tipo de violência. O atendimento funciona 24 horas, todos os dias da semana, inclusive finais de semana e feriados.
