Executiva da CUT decide organizar dia nacional de luta em defesa da redução da jornada

A Executiva Nacional da CUT, em reunião na manhã desta quarta, dia 10, decidiu propor para suas entidades filiadas a realização de um dia nacional de luta,com paralisações, atrasos de turno e mobilizações de rua, com o objetivo de continuar pressionando o Congresso Nacional e os empresários pela aprovação da PEC (Proposta de Emenda Constitucional) que reduz a jornada de trabalho para 40 horas por semana sem redução de salários e com adicional de 75% sobre as horas extras.

Maio deve ser o mês de realização do dia nacional de luta, indicou a Executiva, que ainda precisa debater o tema com as confederações, federações e sindicatos de sua base antes de definir a data.

Paralelamente, a CUT vai manter o diálogo com os parlamentares em Brasília e também nos estados. Outra orientação reiterada na manhã de hoje é que os ramos e os sindicatos incluam a redução da jornada como elemento central de suas campanhas e busquem entregar a pauta para as entidades patronais em cada região do País. Estas ações, inclusive, devem preceder o dia nacional de luta.

Votação no STF - Hoje à tarde, em Brasília, é prevista a votação, pelo STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), da ação direta de inconstitucionalidade movida pelo DEM contra o reconhecimento legal das centrais sindicais. A votação está parada desde junho do ano passado, quando um dos ministros pediu vistas do processo. Naquela ocasião, havia 3 votos a 2 a favor do DEM. Se aprovada, a ação suspende o repasse do imposto sindical a todas as centrais.
