CTB divulga Orientação sobre o Dia Internacional da Mulher
Às Secretarias da Mulher, CTB Estaduais e entidades filiadas
A CTB, em seu 2º Congresso, com o lançamento da campanha pela Igualdade Salarial, reafirmou seu compromisso com a mulher trabalhadora no mundo do trabalho e no cenário sindical, buscando fortalecer sua organização e participação para impulsionar as reivindicações específicas e fortalecer as lutas gerais do movimento.
Este é o ano do centenário do Dia Internacional da Mulher, portanto, uma data para analisar os avanços das lutas das mulheres em todos os espaços da sociedade, em especial no mundo do trabalho, bem como apontar as reivindicações do tempo presente na luta pela conquista da igualdade e no combate à toda forma de opressão e discriminação.
A Secretaria da Mulher da CTB está encaminhando a confecção de cartazes, com enfoque nos cem anos do 8 de Março, com o tema Redução da Jornada com Igualdade Salarial, buscando relacionar a bandeira geral mais importante da atualidade com a campanha da secretaria. As secretarias estaduais poderão também optar pela confecção de cartaz e ou materiais próprios, procurando, dentro do possível, manter esse enfoque.
Para as companheiras que atuam em entidades sindicais, orientamos para que discutam com a diretoria do sindicato a realização de atividades alusivas à data, voltadas à categoria e ou através de participação conjunta com as organizações de mulheres, Fóruns, Conselhos dos direitos das mulheres e outros, priorizando sempre ações unitárias e de caráter amplo. As entidades filiadas devem divulgar o nome da CTB nos seus materiais. Destacamos, a seguir, os principais eixos da luta da mulher no contexto político e social brasileiro da atualidade:
· EM DEFESA DO CRESCIMENTO ECONÔMICO COM VALORIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO.
· REDUÇÃO DA JORNADA PARA 40 HORAS SEMANAIS COM IGUALDADE SALARIAL PARA TRABALHADORES E TRABALHADORAS
· CONTRA O FATOR PREVIDENCIÁRIO NO CÁLCULO DA APOSENTADORIA.
· EM DEFESA DA REFORMA AGRÁRIA
· MANUTENÇÃO E AMPLIAÇÃO DAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS QUE CONTRIBUAM PARA ROMPER COM AS DESIGULDADES ENTRE HOMENS E MULHERES
· LICENÇA MATERNIDADE DE 180 DIAS OBRIGATÓRIA E NÃO FACULTATIVA
· APLICAÇÃO IMEDIATA DA LEI MARIA DA PENHA
· DEFESA DO PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE DIREITOS HUMANOS
Esperamos que todas as entidades filiadas dêem o merecido destaque à luta histórica das trabalhadoras que deu origem ao 8 de Março, bem como criem as condições materiais e políticas para que as companheiras de diretorias, departamentos e ou secretarias da mulher possam desenvolver as atividades aprovadas e possam participar com entusiasmo na consolidação de nossa Central.
Na medida do possível, solicitamos que nos informem sobre as atividades realizadas.
