Centrais pedem urgência na aprovação do PL da Igualdade nas Relações de Trabalho
As representantes das secretarias de políticas para as mulheres das centrais sindicais visitaram no dia 9, na Câmara, as deputadas federais Alice Portugal (PCdoB-BA) e Cida Diogo (PT-RJ) e pediram urgência na aprovação do Projeto de Lei da Igualdade nas Relações de Trabalho, de autoria da própria Alice Portugal e do deputado Valtenir Pereira (PSB-MT).
O PL aborda as formas de discriminação de gênero contra a mulher, o assédio no local de trabalho, o equilíbrio entre as responsabilidades familiares e profissionais, o incentivo à igualdade e da assistência em creche e a obrigatoriedade da constituição da Comissão Interna Pró-Igualdade (CIPI) nas empresas de médio e grande porte.

"Nós vivemos num país culturalmente machista. É preciso leis de impacto para reverter esse quadro. Não pode a mulher fazer o mesmo serviço que o homem e ganhar menos pelo fato de ser mulher. A creche tem que se tornar um direito da mulher e do homem, pois ambos saem para trabalhar. Tem que se tornar lei as mulheres terem direitos iguais e obter acesso aos cursos profissionalizantes", disse a secretária Nacional da Mulher Trabalhadora da CGTB, Cida Malavazi.
Também estiveram presentes na reunião a secretaria para Assuntos da Mulher e da Juventude da Nova Central, Sônia Zerino; da secretaria da Mulher Trabalhadora da CTB-DF, Amanda Corsino; Lea Marques, assessora da Secretaria da Mulher Trabalhadora da CUT; e Joice Pereira, assessora da Secretaria da Mulher da UGT.
As deputadas ficaram incumbidas de pedir ao presidente da Casa, deputado Michel Temer (PMDB-SP), agilidade na votação do PL e as dirigentes das centrais pediram uma audiência com Temer na próxima semana.
