Governo federal garante ganho real ano que vem, apesar do PIB negativo de 2009. Centrais vão definir valor
O salário mínimo vai ter aumento real (acima da inflação) em janeiro de 2011.

O Diário Oficial da União desta terça (10) traz a confirmação. A Lei de Diretrizes Orçamentárias para o ano que vem, publicada no DO, informa: "Serão assegurados os recursos orçamentários necessários ao atendimento da política de aumento real do salário mínimo a ser definida em articulação com as Centrais Sindicais".

"A boa notícia para quem ganha o mínimo também vale para toda a sociedade. Mínimo fortalecido impulsiona o mercado interno. E o reconhecimento do papel das centrais sindicais como negociadoras da classe trabalhadora fortalece a democracia", avalia o presidente da CUT, Artur Henrique.

Pelo acordo firmado entre as centrais e o governo federal em 2007, o salário mínimo deve ser reajustado todo o ano a partir da soma da inflação mais o PIB positivo do período anterior. Como em 2009 o PIB foi negativo, em virtude da crise internacional, levantaram-se dúvidas a respeito do valor do salário mínimo em 2011.

A CUT, no entanto, tão logo foi divulgado o resultado negativo do PIB de 2009, enviou solicitação ao governo federal para que fossem abertas negociações pontuais para tratar do aumento de janeiro do ano que vem.
