SINPRO ABC repudia declaração machista de atriz global

A diretoria do Sindicato dos Professores do ABC, cuja base é formada majoritariamente por mulheres, repudia a declaração machista e agressiva da atriz da rede Globo Maitê Proença que, em entrevista ao blog do Estadão de 08/08, declarou: “Quem sabe a discriminação venha a calhar nesse momento de eleições, atiçando os machos selvagens e nos salvando da Dilma”. É lamentável que, no momento em que se discute na mídia vários crimes cometidos contra a mulher (Eliza Samúdio, advogada Mércia Nakashima, jornalista Sandra Gomide) e internacionalmente há um movimento – apoiado por esta entidade sindical – contra o apedrejamento da iraniana Sakineh Mahammadi Ashtiani, uma atriz e escritora, formadora de opinião, se manifeste de forma tão preconceituosa e ofensiva!

Os mesmos “machos selvagens”, a quem Maitê Proença clama o seu socorro, são os responsáveis pela dramática e vergonhosa estatística de 10 assassinatos de mulheres por dia no país (Instituto Zangari, com dados do Dadasus), a maioria por motivo torpe ou fútil.

Dessa forma, aproveitamos para divulgar que a Secretaria de Políticas para Mulheres possui um disque denúncia, a Central de Atendimento à Mulher – Ligue 180. Não podemos ser coniventes com o machismo ou com a violência. Denuncie!
