Projetos de inclusão digital terão recursos para tecnologia da informação

O Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia (MCT) lançou edital para selecionar projetos de extensão que tenham como suporte as redes e tecnologias de informação e comunicação. Serão investidos nas propostas aprovadas R$ 5,5 milhões. A iniciativa será viabilizada por meio da Secretaria de Ciência e Tecnologia para Inclusão Social (Secis) e do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq).

Os projetos devem contribuir para a inclusão digital e social e para o desenvolvimento sustentável local, por meio da disseminação e transferência de tecnologia em comunidades. As propostas devem estar claramente caracterizadas como projeto de extensão inovadora nas áreas de comunicação, cultura, direitos humanos e justiça, educação, meio ambiente, saúde, tecnologia e produção e trabalho.

Cada projeto pode solicitar o valor de até R$ 68,7 mil e ter prazo máximo de execução de 12 meses. Caso haja acréscimo de recursos, o prazo de execução do projeto pode ser prorrogado por igual período. O projeto não pode ter duração superior a 24 meses.

O proponente deve ser professor de instituição de ensino superior pública ou privada, sem fins lucrativos, ter currículo cadastrado na Plataforma Lattes e ainda ter vínculo celetista ou estatutário com a instituição de execução do projeto. O pesquisador aposentado pode apresentar projeto desde que comprove manter atividades acadêmico-científicas.

As propostas devem ser encaminhadas ao CNPq, exclusivamente pela internet, por meio do Formulário de Propostas Online, disponível na Plataforma Carlos Chagas, até 20 de outubro.
