PEC 231/95: redução da jornada, dirigentes sindicais pressionam para votar
A intenção das centrais sindicais é votar a proposta no dia 7 de outubro. No mesmo dia, as entidades fariam a 6ª Marcha da Classe Trabalhadora em Brasília.
Dirigentes sindicais de todas as centrais sindicais vão se reunir nesta semana com líderes partidários e com o presidente da Câmara dos Deputados, Michel Temer (PMDB/SP), para sensibilizá-los a incluir na pauta de votação, a PEC 231/95, que trata da redução da jornada de trabalho de 44h para 40h.
A intenção é votar a proposta no dia 7 de outubro. Os encontros com parlamentares e lideranças partidárias começam, nesta terça-feira (15), às 10h na Câmara dos Deputados.
Paralelamente, os dirigentes sindicais estão mobilizando os trabalhadores nas bases, nos estados para lutarem pela aprovação da proposta em discussão na Câmara.
"A redução da jornada irá gerar dois milhões de empregos, além de reduzir os acidentes de trabalho resultado de jornadas exaustivas", afirma o presidente da Força Sindical, deputado Paulo Pereira da Silva (PDT/SP).
A proposta já foi aprovada pela comissão especial no dia 30 de junho.
Agora, a matéria precisa ser votada em dois turnos no plenário da Casa, para em seguida ser enviada ao Senado, Casa onde será examinada pela Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania, depois vai a votos em plenário também em dois turnos.
