Votação da emenda do Senado sobre reajuste de aposentadorias é adiada
O deputado João Carlos Bacelar (PR/BA), relator da MP 466/09, pediu prazo de uma sessão para apresentar seu parecer às cinco emendas do Senado à MP, que muda as regras do subsídio concedido à geração de energia por termelétricas nos estados da Região Norte.
Como o pedido é regimental e a MP tranca os trabalhos do plenário, sua análise foi adiada e os deputados não puderam debater e votar hoje o PL 1/07, já que a emenda é sobre o projeto sobre a política de recuperação e atualização do salário mínimo.
A emenda do Senado ao projeto, já aprovada pela comissão especial, concede a todos os aposentados e pensionistas que recebem benefícios da Previdência acima de um mínimo o mesmo índice de reajuste dado ao salário mínimo.
O Governo não quer votar a emenda sob o argumento que as despesas adicionais para a Previdência Social seriam da ordem de R$ 6 bilhões.
O que, segundo o Governo, não é sustentável pela Previdência.
