Vannuchi diz que país precisa de modelo educacional inclusivo

A realização da 8ª Conferência Nacional sobre os Direitos Humanos na semana passada, em Brasília, mostrou a necessidade de se criar um novo modelo educacional, segundo o ministro da Secretaria Especial dos Direitos Humanos, Paulo Vannuchi. De acordo com ele, essa forma alternativa deve desenvolver as potencialidades do jovens para mantê-los longe da criminalidade.

Ao falar sobre o assunto, o ministro chefe da Secretaria Especial dos Direitos Humanos, Paulo Vannuchi lembrou que o encontro, com a participação de duas mil pessoas, deu oportunidade a crianças de escolas do Distrito Federal de exercitar a cidadania, ao simularem ocupar cargos como os de prefeito e vereador.

“Precisamos de uma política nacional que sobreviva a eventuais mudanças eleitorais que possam ocorrer no próximo ano, nos planos federal, estadual ou municipal. Isso é importante para que tenha continuidade o trabalho de proteção de crianças e adolescentes contra a violência e a exclusão”, disse ao participar do programa Bom Dia, Ministro.

Segundo o ministro, o Brasil mantém cooperação com países de fronteira e deverá expandir acordos para aumentar a proteção da criança contra o tráfico e as redes de exploração sexual na América do Sul. A ideia é que haja interação de programas envolvendo a inserção escolar e a melhoria da infraestrutura das escolas e da merenda.

Vannuchi destacou que, apesar de o país ter tido melhoras na área social nos últimos anos, não se pode ainda comemorar avanços em relação à educação e à proteção de crianças e adolescentes. “Por isso é preciso trabalhar muito ainda nessa área.”
